Navigating a shift in faith can feel overwhelming, isolating, and deeply emotional. Whether you're questioning long-held beliefs, re-evaluating your spiritual identity, or healing from religious trauma, this group offers a safe, nonjudgmental space to process, connect, and rebuild.

Through guided discussions, supportive sharing, and gentle somatic practices, we’ll explore themes such as grief and loss, personal empowerment, family dynamics, identity reconstruction, and reclaiming inner truth. You are welcome exactly as you are, whether you're deconstructing, redefining, or simply exploring.

This group is for you if you are:

• Questioning or leaving a religious or spiritual tradition

• Seeking community during a faith shift

• Grieving the loss of structure, identity, or belonging

• Curious about new ways to connect with meaning and purpose

You are not alone. This is a space for honest conversation, emotional support, and deep healing—free of dogma, full of respect.
