Participant Cancellations Policy

Cancellations made more than 60 days before the retreat start date: A full refund will be issued minus a $150 non-refundable deposit to cover administrative and processing costs.

Cancellations made 30–59 days before the retreat start date: A 50% refund will be issued, minus the non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations made less than 30 days before the retreat start date: No refunds will be issued. However, you may transfer your spot to another participant with prior approval or to another retreat at the same cost.

No-shows or early departures: No refunds or credits will be provided.
