LIT Gym For Your Soul is home to independent practitioners who offer classes and workshops with an emphasis on connection, healing, and movement. We invite you to bring your unique gifts to our community and make use of our beautifully curated, trauma-sensitive space.

We also love hosting private, mindful events for community members when you just need a little more room to breathe, move, and connect.

Private/Special Events $100 / hour
