Begin your 90-minute one-on-one breathwork session by choosing the practitioner who best fits your needs: Derek, CSW, or Lynnee, LCSW. This is a clinical skillset session focused on therapeutic breathwork techniques and is separate from our holistic healing, spiritual work, and other wellness services. Your session begins with a personalized conversation to identify your goals and establish an approach suited to your needs, followed by guided breathwork designed to support relaxation, emotional regulation, grounding, self-awareness, and stress management. The session concludes with time for grounding, reflection, and integration.
Derek, CSW: Available Mondays from 9:00–10:30 AM or 10:30 AM–12:00 PM, and Fridays from 9:00–10:30 PM.
Lynny, LCSW: Breathwork appointments are generally available 2:00–4:00 PM most days.
