A personalized 90-minute Reiki session with Lynny, Reiki Master, offering a peaceful space for relaxation, energetic balance, and holistic healing. Reiki is a holistic healing practice and is separate from our clinical therapy practices; this session is not psychotherapy, a clinical skillset session, or a substitute for mental health treatment. During your session, Lynny will guide you through a calming experience focused on relaxation, mindfulness, energetic awareness, and creating space for restoration and personal reflection. Reiki may be experienced as a gentle, supportive practice for reconnecting with yourself and promoting a greater sense of calm and balance.

Availability: Reiki sessions are available with Lynny starting at either 4pm or 5pm PM most days, based on availability.
