As with all of us, Lynny has faced a multitude of challenges in her childhood and adult life. Her personal experiences with abuse, divorce, loss of family members due to suicide, ADHD, anxiety, and body image issues, Lynny has a unique ability to empathize with her clients, and meet them where they are at. After two years of consistent therapy of her own, Lynny was able to see first hand the importance of having someone to provide a different perspective during her healing journey. Because of the impact therapy had on her, Lynny was able to train as a Shamanic healer, and now provides breathwork, sound bowl healing, and yoga in her therapy practice. Through her own healing journey, Lynny discovered the power all different forms of therapy have on our lives.

Carl Bowcut - Cereset

Carl is the franchise owner of Cereset of Orem. Cereset uses a safe and non-invasive approach to record the “echo” of your brain’s real-time dominant frequency. Cereset’s technology uses acoustic stimulation to translate that frequency into its equivalent pitch and note that you can hear.

When the dominant frequency is low, then the notes you hear will be low in pitch. If the dominant frequency is higher, then the note that you hear will be higher in pitch.

The frequency and notes you hear act as a “mirror” for your brain to see itself and begin restoring its natural ability to correct any of its imbalances.

Cereset has improved the emotional, mental health of scores of people in the state of Utah and beyond. Carl welcomes all to try out the incredible things this technology has to offer.

Shaman Spotted Wolf

Chris Hoopiiaina, also known as Shaman Spotted Wolf, is a gifted healer and spiritual guide who carries the wisdom of ancient Native American traditions into modern healing. Through a sacred breathwork practice passed down through generations, he helps others find, face, exhaust, and release the emotional and energetic burdens stored deep within the body.

His work centers on the belief that trauma lives in the body until it is acknowledged and released. By guiding participants through intentional breath and rhythm, Spotted Wolf helps access repressed memories, emotions, and experiences, allowing the body to let go and the spirit to heal.

Each session is a powerful journey inward, reconnecting you to your ancestral wisdom, your inner truth, and your natural state of balance. With compassion, grounded presence, and deep reverence for the sacred, Shaman Spotted Wolf creates a safe space for transformation, remembrance, and profound healing
