Join clinical social workers Lynny Anderson and Derek Nutter for a powerful 60-minute journey into nervous system regulation and deep physical rest.
The first 30 minutes of our session will focus on Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), commonly known as "Tapping." This somatic practice involves gently tapping on specific meridian points on the body while focusing on a particular stressor or emotion. This sends a calming signal to the amygdala (the brain's stress center), allowing you to safely process and release stored emotional weight.
After we have actively moved this energy through the body, we will transition into a 30-minute Immersive Sound Bath. Accompanied by the healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls and the rhythmic grounding of a shamanic drum, you will be invited to lie back, close your eyes, and allow your newly cleared energy to integrate and settle.
This is a safe, clinical, and trauma-informed space designed to help you drop the heavy baggage of the week.
